The team
We’re acquiring a mid-size coaching practice in 2026 — current finalists: Force Management alumni, Winning by Design alumni, a Pavilion senior. The acquired firm becomes Sales Lab Coaching Group.
The engagement
3, 6, or 12 month engagements. Embedded coach, two on-sites a month, weekly office hours, full Sales Lab tenant licensed for the engagement period at no extra cost.
The math
Coaching is roughly $50–80K/quarter for a senior. Sales Lab is roughly $40K/year for a mid-market team. We bundle both for a transparent fixed fee — and customers don’t pay twice for what should be one workflow.
The data loop
Every engagement adds to our rubric calibration set. Every customer benefits from every engagement we’ve ever run. Nobody else in our category has this loop.
