What we collect. Why. And how to remove it.

Account data: name, work email, role, hashed authentication token. Provided by you or your company admin.

Conversation data: transcripts and audio of training calls between your reps and our AI buyer agents. Used to generate scorecards.

Scorecard data: the categorical scores, headlines, and quoted lines our scoring model produces from your transcripts.

Operational metadata: request logs, user agent, IP address, timestamps. Retained 90 days for security and debugging.

No third-party tracking pixels. No marketing analytics on the app surface.

No keystroke logging, screen recording, or browser fingerprinting.

No cross-site advertising data. We do not have advertisers.

Product analytics. We use PostHog (US region, 30-day retention) for nine product events listed in our trust center, and Sentry (US region, 14-day retention) for production error monitoring. Both are listed as subprocessors. Neither captures session replays. Neither runs on prospect-facing surfaces.

To deliver real-time voice training (the entire product).

To generate scorecards via our AI scoring engine.

To send the magic-link sign-in email and (if you opted in) your scorecard summary.

To detect abuse, debug incidents, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, train foundation models on it, or share it with anyone outside the named subprocessors on our trust page.

Access: request a JSON export of everything we have on your account.

Correction: ask your admin to update your name or role. Email us if your admin is unreachable.

Deletion: a verified delete request removes your tenant data within 30 days, including derived state in subprocessors.

Portability: the export above is in standard JSON.

EU/UK residents: you have GDPR/UK-GDPR rights. The data controller is your company; Sales Lab is the data processor. A DPA is available.

California residents: CCPA / CPRA rights apply. We do not sell or share personal information.

We use cookies only where they are essential to operate the product or where you have given consent through your authenticated session. We do not use cookies to track you across other sites and we do not sell cookie data to advertisers.

Authentication session (essential). When you sign in we set a session cookie issued by our auth provider (Supabase). It is HTTP-only, secure, same-site, and required for the application to know who you are. Removing it logs you out.

Rate-limit identifier (essential). A short-lived identifier scoped to your IP keeps the public demo line clear. No personal data. Cleared on its own.

Product analytics (consent-gated, off by default in marketing). If your tenant enables PostHog, an anonymized device identifier is set inside the authenticated app only. The marketing surface ships no analytics cookies.

What we do not do. No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No data brokers. No fingerprinting beyond what your browser already sends.

EU/UK visitors browsing the marketing surface anonymously have no cookies set by Sales Lab. Cookies are set only on sign-in, which is the consent.

Sales Lab is a B2B product for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
