If it doesn’t work, we refund.
If 90% of the reps trained on Sales Lab don’t reach 90% of their assigned quota in 12 months, we refund the cost of the platform for that year.
How it works
- 1. At contract sign, we agree in writing on which reps are in the cohort and what their quotas are.
- 2. Each quarter we publish a check-in: cohort attainment vs target, attributed to scored Sales Lab activity (not adjacent factors).
- 3. At month 12, if 90% of the cohort hasn’t reached 90% attainment, we refund the year.
- 4. No legalese games. The terms are in the MSA, redlined to whatever your procurement needs.
Why we can offer this
Because we have the data. Sales Lab’s analytics engine measures the correlation between practice scores and closed revenue in your CRM. If the correlation isn’t there in month 6, we tell you proactively and refund early.
