Mode 01

Duo

An AE and an SE practice together against one AI buyer. The duo coordinates live: the AE leads, the SE jumps in on technical Qs. The scoring rubric scores the partnership, not just the talker.

Mode 02

Shadow

A senior watches their junior's live call from a second screen. They type whispered cues — a question to ask, a pivot to make, the next-best move. Junior sees them in real time. Cues are scored too — coach quality is measurable.

Mode 03

Group critique

One rep takes the call. The pod watches. After the call, the AI moderates a 15-minute critique: each peer leaves one specific observation, ranked by quality. The whole pod gets better, not just the rep.
