For federal, defense, and regulated finance customers who cannot let conversation transcripts leave their boundary. We ship a containerized install that runs in your own environment with no network calls back to Sales Lab.
Deployment
Helm chart for Kubernetes, or a single-node compose for smaller installs. Tested against EKS-GovCloud, OpenShift, and on-prem K8s.
Models
Bring your own. Drop in any Anthropic-API-compatible endpoint (Anthropic Bedrock, Vertex, or your own on-prem inference). Same prompt + scoring code paths as the SaaS.
Storage
Postgres + S3-compatible object store. AWS, Azure Gov, or on-prem MinIO. The lab makes no assumption about your cloud.
Updates
Quarterly signed bundles. The same code that runs saleslab.cloud, snapshotted at the release tag. No telemetry by default; opt-in metrics ship to a customer-owned endpoint.
Pricing
$1,000,000 / year floor. Includes the install, the quarterly update bundle, a named SE, and a 24h response SLA on critical-severity issues. Compliance documentation tailored to your control framework (NIST 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP) included.
