- What is included in every paid package?
- Every paid package includes live AI-buyer calls, post-call scorecards, manager coaching views, admin scenario management, team analytics, and security controls.
- How does usage work?
- Each licensed seat includes 30 live-training minutes per day. The allowance is pooled across the company each month, so light users can offset heavy users.
- How long is a typical contract?
- Most teams choose monthly billing, quarterly prepaid, or six-month prepaid. Quarterly prepaid receives 5% off the platform fee. Six-month prepaid receives 10% off. Final terms are governed by the signed order form.
- Why does the price not jump at tier boundaries?
- Pricing is continuous by licensed seat count: 20 seats is $5,000, 21 is $5,400, 30 is $7,200, 50 is $10,000, and 100 is $18,000. Higher tiers add rollout scope, not an arbitrary penalty.
- What does onboarding actually look like?
- We collect your pitch, objections, call types, deal stages, and launch list. Then we configure the workspace, build the first practice calls, invite admins, and help reps run their first sessions.
- What happens if a rep leaves?
- Admins can deactivate the user and reassign access. Billing is based on licensed seats in the signed order form, with changes handled during the normal account review.
- How do you handle procurement?
- SOC 2 Type 1 is in progress. We provide a DPA, SLA, security answers, and questionnaire responses, and enhanced security review for Enterprise. SSO/SAML is on our near-term roadmap — tell us if it is a gating requirement.
- Which package fits a 100+ employee company?
- If the rollout covers 51-100 licensed reps, Revenue Org is usually the cleanest starting point. If the rollout covers more than 100 licensed reps or requires formal procurement review, use Enterprise.
