The documentary.

One fiscal year. Four reps from four very different orgs — early-stage SaaS, mid-market hardware, public-company SaaS, enterprise services. Wired up. Followed. Audio of every call. Camera in every conference room they’ll let us into.

The premise

Sales is the only craft in modern life that runs without a tape. We’re going to roll the tape.

The constraint

No reenactments. No B-roll cheats. The audio you hear is the audio that happened. The deals you watch are the deals they were paid on.

The crew

Sales Lab is producing. We’re raising a small fund to license a director with a track record in process documentary (Wiseman-school).

The release

Theatrical first, then Netflix or A24. Founders are skeptical of platform-first; we want the room to laugh, cringe, and lean in together.

Subjects

We’re casting four reps Q4 → start of the next fiscal year. Reps who want to be subjects email doc@saleslab.cloud with their org, their quota, and one weird thing that happened in the last 90 days.
