How matching works

· Companies post the minimum verified score they want — gold and above by default.
· Reps who clear the bar express interest with an optional 1-paragraph pitch. Identity is never shown.
· Employers browse anonymized profiles ranked by score and bid on the top scorers.
· Reps accept or decline. Acceptance reveals identity to both sides + creates a match row.
· No commissions, no referral fees. Sales Lab Score is the introduction.
