A single NBA team — jersey patch. We pick a mid-market team with a great brand story (Memphis or OKC). Inventory cost ≈ $5-8M. We treat it as marketing R&D.

Year 2

Formula 1 small-team garage logo. The CRO demographic skews F1-heavy. One livery race for visibility.

Year 3

UFC corner card + the post-fight microphone. Cost-efficient versus audience reach. The fights happen 40 weeks a year, the corner card always visible.

The constraint

No logo-on-blimp activations. No NFL — too noisy. We’d rather own the brand recall in one sport than be 1 of 40 in another.
